Kevin McAllister has worked in the property industry since 1994. He began his career working for a small independent firm before moving through to Fife to work with a large corporate agency. During this time he handled sales covering the East Neuk and and St Andrews before returning to the west coast to take up a senior agency position in Hamilton. In 2001 Kevin launched Portfolio Letting which, under his guardianship, became the largest single independent Letting Agent in Lanarkshire with a reputation for handling some of the most prestigious property in the area. Kevin successfully guided Portfolio to a sale in 2013 to allow him to focus solely on the continued growth and expansion of Residence and is relishing the opportunity to return full time to his first love Estate Agency. Attention to detail and high standards of customer care are key to Residence, and both Kevin and Andrew fully understand the importance of the demand for a high standard of service you would expect when you are selling your most valuable asset, but appreciate that it is also your home. Kelli joined Residence in August 2014 after a 2 year career as a Letting Negotiator within a prestigious Letting Agency in the Lanarkshire area. Kelli gained a wealth of knowledge whilst in the the letting industry and gained the reputation as a trustworthy and reliable negotiator with clients recognising her approachability, customer focus and high standard of service. Prior to embarking on a career in the property industry, Kelli spent 14 years as a Cabin Manager for an international airline. As a result of her outstanding customer service skills, Kelli was appointed the prestigious position as an ambassador where she attended numerous international events in representation of the company. Client’s have described her as friendly and approachable and it is evident that she has a passion for her job. She was previously involved with an equestrian family business and in the past has experience in buying and selling houses, including carrying out major refurbishments and interior design. Having travelled extensively in her career, she has confidence in meeting new people and enjoys new challenges. She is qualified tennis coach and currently plays competitive tennis in the West of Scotland Leagues. Her other hobbies include playing golf and catching up with her two grown up children after their busy weeks.

Lauren studied British Sign Language for a number of years and has built an excellent level of fluency. Having lived all her life in Lanarkshire she has a good local knowledge and is excited to take on this new challenge. Working for a corporately owned agent she initially learned her trade within the Ayrshire market starting as a trainee negotiator then progressing through the ranks to eventually managing offices on the Southside of Glasgow. A highly respected individual with an excellent reputation within the industry, Judith thrives on delivering a first class service, professionalism and consistently endeavours to obtain the best results for her clients. Prior to embarking on a career in estate agency she studied photography for four years which has given her a keen eye for detail and still remains a favourite past time. Away from work Judith also enjoys equestrian pursuits and waking her two Golden Retrievers.
